我認為生產過程中員工安全是最重要的，人的生命只有一次，每一個人都想笑語長在，每一個家庭都願幸福美滿，每一個企業都願興旺發達，然而這一切都離不開安全，安全是企業發展的永恆主題。提升全員素質，源頭消除隱患。職工是落實各項制度、完成生產任務的具體執行者，其素質高低決定著工作質量的好壞。為此，強化教育培訓，提升職工安全操作技能，培育本質安全人，是源頭消除隱患的根本。
最後我覺得作為海爾的一份子，我們員工在工作中要嚴格要求自己。樂觀、自信、責任心強；樂於與人相處，與身邊的人相處融洽，具團體合作精神；工作認真負責，能吃苦耐勞，做事嚴謹。還要熟練掌握自己的崗位技能，從自己做起。相信通過大家的一起努力，我們海爾會日日高升，越來越好！

the past, present and future
dear friends,
my name is chai xiaohui, an ordinary college student in the world. it’s my honor to give a speech here. what i mainly want to talk about is something about my past, present and future.
before entering the college, i have been studying for 12 (好 範文網：)years to be admitted into a satisfying university and live up to what my families expect of me. then, i went through the college entrance examination and finally became one of the students of the henna university of urban construction in 2014.
in the past one and half years, i have made several good friends with whom i can share happiness and sorrow. because of them, i had so much unforgettable memories and experience i never had before.
besides, i learned how to bravely communicate with others in english and also realized my dream to be an english teacher in the summer holiday in 2014.
to be brief, my present college life is full of happiness and meaning and it must have a great influence on my life.
when it comes to the future, i hope to be an english teacher who can have enough time and energy to do whatever i like, such as, travalling and buying my family all i am fond of. in addition, i’m looking forward to a thoughtful husband that can stay with me forever no matter when and where we are.
where there is a will, there is a way. as long as i work enough in the future, i think, all my dreams can come true. you bet.

my life of winter vacation
演講人：王曉萌時間：2014年2月in some cities，more and more teenagers who still study in high school or college expect to take a part-time job in summer vacation or winter vacation. surely, include me. in my opinion, students benefit more from a more balanced lifestyle, which include working at a part-time job.
in this winter vacation, i tried to work in a factory. however, not everything was beautiful as my wish, but there was much inevitable trouble. it is true that the work is hard. at the beginning, i felt very tired, and often made mistakes. the idea that i can’t do it well, i want to give up even came to my mind. but after a little time i adapted to the busy life, i can do my work skillfully. nevertheless, a life which consists of hard and sweet, some old stuffs didn't like me, no matter what i did, they always blamed us and never gave a hand. so i had to regenerate through my own efforts. this winter vacation experience gives me an insight into what work is about and prepared psychologically for my future jobs, and let me know whatever is worth doing at all is worth doing well.
as we all know, there was an argument if students should take a part-time job. from my experience, i think it is clearly that a part-time job is necessary. a part-time job not only help us learn how to regenerate through our own efforts, but also help us to develop a greater sense of responsibility. what’s more, it also can temper us and relieve our parents of expenditure burden. however, it also has some disadvantage that our safety cannot be ensure and easy to be cheated, so before we begin our part-time job, we must have a danger awareness and make sure the work is safety and learn enough massage about the place where you work and you also should make sure that your compact is effective and your agency is dependable.
in a word, through the winter vacation i learn more and more knowledge which i couldn't gain from the class, so if you have the idea, try it, whereas must careful.

二、教學總體目的和要求
(一)總體目的
《員工關係管理》模擬實踐課的總體目的，通過相關勞動糾紛案件的討論和模擬，使學生掌握全面掌握《勞動合同法》、《勞動仲裁法》等相關的勞動法律知識，並加強學生對所學專業理論知識的理解，培養實際操作的動手能力，也是對學生所學專業知識的一個綜合檢驗。通過實踐教學學習，也可以為學生畢業走上工作崗位後，縮短適應期，為今後勝任工作奠定紮實的基礎。
(二)基本要求
1、對學生的要求：
瞭解勞動關係、勞動合同法、《勞動仲裁法》等相關法律、法規的主要內容，熟悉勞動仲裁的基本程式。
2、對教師的要求：
1）熟悉和全面掌握勞動關係管理相關法律知識；
2）條件許可，可組織部分學生旁聽當地勞動仲裁委員會仲裁勞動糾紛案件，增加學生的感性認識；
3）編寫案例
4）組織、指揮學生做好實踐教學工作；及時對學生的實踐結果進行點評。
三、實驗教學內容
實踐一因欺詐簽訂的勞動合同無效導致的糾紛

四、考核方式
考核方式為考試。嚴格考核學生出勤情況，達到學籍管理規定的曠課量取消考試資格。綜合成績根據平時成績、期中成績、期末成績評定。總成績100分，其中平時成績佔15% 、期會考試成績佔15%、期末考試成績佔70% 。
