?1、求職信是求職者寫給招聘單位的信函。求職信是自我表白,其目的和作用要是讓人事主管看,因人事主管有太多的求職信函要看,因此要簡明扼要。語言注意點求職信不同於簡歷。在介紹自己情況時,不可面面俱到,否則篇幅過長,反而不易得到重視。應重點突出與所應聘職位相關的自己的特點及特長。語言要有禮貌,要能體現出誠懇的態度和對工作的渴求。

?求職信一般包括以下幾個方面的內容:首先要闡述清楚招聘信息的來源,以及所申請的職位;其次簡述個人信息;然後進一步強調自己的能力,表達抱負,並請求給予面試機會;最後提出自己的希望,希望得到面試的機會,並且告訴對方你的聯繫方式。

?求職信的語言屬於正式用語,在寫作過程中一定要注意用詞簡潔準確,語氣禮貌自信,態度不卑不亢,所給信息具有一定的可信度。尤其是在強調自身經歷和優點的時候,更應把握尺度。

2、求職信的內容一般包括以下部分:

(2)個人情況簡介,例如;年齡、性別、文化程度、工作經歷、工作技能、個人專長等;

寫信人應述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景,尤其與應徵職位有關的訓練或教育科目、工作經驗或特殊技能。如無實際經驗,略述在學類似經驗亦可。參考例句:

三、本人能力

這部分非常重要,因為這體現你究竟能為公司做什麼,直接關係到求職的成功率。但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達最多的意思。參考例句:

希望並請求未來的僱主允以面談的機會,因此信中要表明可以面談的時間。成功的求職信決不是虎頭蛇尾的,結尾一定要引起重視。參考例句:

第五篇:英語求職信寫作技巧

1、教育背景中寫相關課程。但千萬不要為了拼湊篇幅,把所有的課程一股腦兒地都寫上,如體育等。這樣不很有效,別人也沒耐心看。

2、獎學金一項一行。許多學生每年都有獎學金,這樣一來,也可寫出三四行,甚至更多。

2、適當拉長几句句子。每個句子都可以加入一些詞拉長一些,其實拉長並不難,難的是縮短。

4、自然地多換行,多寫點句子。

5、加大字號。可將10號,小五改成12號,小四。

6、社會工作細節放在工作經歷中,這樣會填補工作經驗少的缺陷,例如,您在做團支書、學生會主席等社會工作時組織過什麼活動,聯繫過什麼事,參與過什麼都可以――羅列。

英文簡歷中敗筆:

1、長句:沒有人願意看太宂長的句子,而且切記(you’re scanned, mot read.)原則,僱主只是在掃描您的簡歷。

2、縮句:因為外行人往往很難看懂。不要想當然地認為這是人所皆知的事情。

3、“i”我:因為正規簡歷多用點句,以動詞開頭,是沒有“我”的。當然若在公司簡介中一定要用到一兩次,也不是完全不可以。

4、不利因素:我們講過簡歷原則是不要撒謊,但不寫不等於騙人。大家可能還記得前面提到過的“簡歷中的任何字句都可能成為面試中的話題。”揚長避短的道理,我想大家都是知道的。
